CLBC Calls for a boycott of all Los Angeles Clippers Games

Sacramento - The members of the California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC), in response to the outrageous comments made by Donald Sterling, the principal owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, are calling on basketball fans to boycott all Clippers games.

By boycotting the games, we will be sending a non-verbal message to not only Donald Sterling but to the NBA, that racist comments and views have no place in a league that is 76.3% African Americans players and 81% players of color.

This non-verbal message supports President Obama’s statement: "When ignorant folks want to advertise their ignorance, you don't really have to do anything. You just let them talk;” and since Donald Sterling "advertised" that he does not want blacks at his games, let’s abide by his wishes.
