SACRAMENTO – The California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) is adding its voice to the global outcry for the immediate release of the missing Nigerian girls.
“Girls go missing every day all over the world and are subjected to inhumane treatments. This “gendercide” has to stop and the only way that it can is if we develop one voice against these atrocities,” said Senator Holly Mitchell, chair of the California Legislative Black Caucus.
So join the CLBC in calling on the world leaders, who will be attending the World Economic Forum (WEF), which is taking place this week in Abuja/Lagos from 6 May - 10 May, to stand with Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan and answer his call for assistance to find the girls and return them to their families.
