Honoring Frederick Roberts - Exhibit and Reception
The CLBC will be celebrating the legacy of the Honorable Frederick Roberts as 2018 marks the 100 year anniversary of his joining the Legislature as the first African American Legislator.
Join us as we honor him through an exciting exhibit at the California Museum at 5pm on Feb. 15th.
CLBC Scholarship Program - Apply Deadline: Monday, April 16, 2018
The California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) Scholarship Program was established to assist deserving students by offering financial assistance to help meet educational expenses. This program provides tuition assistance to enable students to fulfill their higher education goals. Scholarship candidates must be full-time students in good academic standing at an accredited college or university. Graduating high school seniors with written proof of acceptance at an accredited institution of higher learning are also eligible.
