The California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) and Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce invite you to a celebration of Juneteenth commemorating the 153rd anniversary of the emancipation of the enslaved African-Americans throughout the United States.
The African American Leaders for Tomorrow (AALT), program will be held from July 11 – 14, 2018, on the campus of California State University, Dominguez Hills.
The California Legislative Black Caucus (CLBC) Scholarship Program was established to assist deserving students by offering financial assistance to help meet educational expenses. 
Join the California Legislative Black Caucus for a free screening of the movie Marshall. There will be a panel discussion with California Black Judges on the challenges African Americans face in the Judicial system. Free refreshments will be provided in partnership with AARP.
