Join the California Legislative Black Caucus as we explore the progress of African Americans in California in our Informational Briefing entitled State of Black California: 10 Years Later. We will explore the topics of Healthcare, Education, Civic Engagement, and Economics with Legislators, scholars, and advocates.
The CLBC will be celebrating the legacy of the Honorable Frederick Roberts as 2018 marks the 100 year anniversary of his joining the Legislature as the first African American Legislator.
Join us as we honor him through an exciting exhibit at the California Museum at 5pm on Feb. 15th.
The African-American Leaders for Tomorrow (AALT) Program is a four-day long residential summer program that is held on the campus of California State University Dominquez Hills (CSUDH). AALT seeks to identify and help prepare the next generation to become community, business, governmental and non-profit organizational leaders in the African American community.
